Momentum Focus Terms of Service

Welcome to Momentum Focus! By accessing and using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

• Data Analytics: Analyze your work patterns and efficiency
• Multi-language Support: Support for Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Arabic, Hindi

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You may choose to register an account using Apple ID or other supported methods. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the tasks, plans, and other content you create in the application. We will not use your content without your explicit consent.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you create, ensuring it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Data Sync and Storage

We use iCloud for data synchronization to ensure consistency of your data across devices. Data storage follows Apple's privacy and security standards.

• Data is only synchronized between your device and iCloud account
• We do not access or store your personal data on our servers
• You can delete the application at any time to clear local data

6. AI Function Usage

Our AI functions are designed to help you better manage time and tasks:

• AI-generated plan suggestions are for reference only, and you should adjust them according to your own judgment
• We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or applicability of AI suggestions
• AI functions may require network connection to work properly

7. Paid Services

Momentum Focus offers both free and paid features. Paid features may include:

• Advanced AI plan generation
• Unlimited task creation
• Advanced statistics and analytics
• Custom themes and interfaces

The specific content and price of paid services are subject to in-app display.

8. User Conduct Guidelines

You agree not to:
